Appoint Group Leader/Convener

The Study Group Coordinator (or other administrator) will need to allocate one or more Group Leaders/Conveners to the group when it is set up. This is done by allocating the relevant members to the group (per the instructions for Add Group Members) and then using the check box next to the member(s)'s name (in the middle section of the Manage Group Members window) to highlight them in green, meaning that they are then allocated as Leader/Convener(s).
