Edit Group - Meetings

The following fields are available in the Meetings section of the Edit Group page. Not all fields may be shown. This is dependent on which of the fields have been enabled for your U3A.

Time: Click the clock icon to select the start time for Group meetings.

End Time: Click the clock icon to select the end time for Group meetings.

Week: From the drop-down menu select the week(s) the Group meets.

Day: From the drop-down menu select the day of the week the Group meets.

Venue: From the drop-down menu select the venue at which the Group meets. If the venue you require is not shown please contact your Study Group Coordinator who will be able to arrange for it to be set up within the system.

Other Venue: If enabled enter here a meeting venue that is not shown on the Venue list, by selecting Other from the Venue drop-down menu.

Max Size: Enter here the number of Members that the Group will be restricted to. Once this number is reached any new applicants will be added to the waiting list.

Waiting List Size: Enter the capacity of the waiting list, i.e. the maximum number of individuals the waiting list will hold.
