Term 1 – 7th Sept to 26th Oct – 8 weeks £24.00 payable in advance

Term 2 – 2nd Nov to 14th Dec – 7 weeks £21.00 payable in advance – no sessions 21st, 28th Dec & 4th Jan

Term 3 – 11th Jan to 15th Feb – 6 weeks £18.00 payable in advance

Term 4 – 22nd Feb to 28th March - 5 weeks £15.00 payable in advance – no session 29th Feb & 4th April

Term 5 – 11th April to 30th May – 8 weeks £24.00 payable in advance - no session 2nd May

Term 6 – 6th June to 18th July - 7 weeks £21.00 payable in advance

This group practises Hatha Yoga including exercise, breathing techniques and some meditation.

It is suitable for women and men of all fitness levels.

You will need to bring your own mat.
