We aim to walk twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month and meet at Sandbach Football Club on Hind Heath Road.  Anyone willing to lead a walk would be very welcome.

Walks will be between 6 and 8 miles long, please bring a packed lunch and a drink. You are advised to have a good pair of walking boots and waterproof clothing.

If you require a lift please arrive early, lifts cannot be guaranteed, petrol costs to be shared by car occupants, 20p per mile divided by the number of occupants. Fees are £2.00 for the year.

Please keep to the pace set by the leader, which will be governed by the slowest in the group. Please do not go in front of the leader or leave the walk without informing the leader. If you have any medical conditions which could affect you on a walk, please make the leader aware. If you experience any difficulty on the walk please inform the leader at once.

The leader carries a basic first aid kit, but may not be currently trained. The leader also carries a 'Fast Find' device so that in the case of an incident in an area where there is no mobile phone signal help can be summoned.
