I have played the piano since the age of 7 and on attending Darlington Queen Elizabeth Grammar School took up the cello and played in the school orchestra.  I have been in choirs most of my life, both school and church and for 4 years was a member of the Darlington Amateur Operatic Society performing mainly operettas and musicals.

The monthly content chosen is mainly classical but does feature all these interests and brass bands.
