Tai Chi intermediate group practices a set of flowing Tai Chi moves selected for U3A members to encourage flexibility, improve balance, and perhaps to develop a meditative style as we move. After our sessions we often stop for a sit down, cup of tea and chat in the hall.
This group started in 2024 and has advanced to become an intermediate group. If you would be interested in attending then the way to do this, unless you already have some experience of Tai Chi is to join the beginner sessions on Tuesday afternoon for a few weeks then you'll be ready to join any of the intermediate groups such as this, if you would to do this then please let Fraser know that you would like to join the waitlist by email
We repeat the moves each week in a "follow the leader' (Fraser) style and they build eventually to a set of 76 flowing almost choreographed moves. You don't need anything other than comfortable loose clothes and flat shoes (or I just use socks); It doesn't matter if you miss a week or two at anytime.
