About the group
I, Jo Thompson, with help from Gina, lead the Beginners group on Wednesday. We have fun learning to dance and exercising without worrying about stepping on anyone else’s toes! No experience is necessary as we walk through the steps first.

Your taster session is free, then it is £2 per session.
Please bring your own water and rest appropriately if you have any
concerns with your joints or your breathing. It is all about having some
fun..
