A second coming !

Some of you enjoyed our previous Tai Chi event. A new weekly group is beginning the first week in January 2026 subject to members interest. This is a great opportunity to enjoy a gentle form of stylised movement and no intense physical exertion is required.

Our U3A is hosting this Tai Chi group at Syston Community Centre each Wednesday for ONE hour at 12pm. This is suitable for both sexes so don’t be shy lads, come and join the lovely ladies and share an hour of enlightened tuition delivered to a high standard, offering all round benefits as I personally can attest.
