Matthew O’Callaghan is a British food expert, cook, writer, and teacher known for his expertise in traditional Italian and British recipes, specifically Melton Mowbray pork pies. He is closely associated with the Melton Mowbray Food Partnership and will guide us through the tales we tell about food and how these intertwine with history to give us a sense of place and community, with particular reference to Melton Mowbray and other places in the East Midlands.
There will also be some samples of pork pies and cheese. So come along for 'Storytelling, History and Food', with the opportunity to taste.
